All products and services offered on Make Marriage Biodata are **100% digital**. We do not ship any physical goods or printed documents to your physical address. Consequently, no physical shipping costs or logistics are involved.
Delivery Timelines
Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Razorpay), your customized marriage biodata document is generated instantly. The download links (in PDF, High-Resolution Image, and Editable Word document formats) will be made available **immediately on your browser screen** on the preview page.
A backup copy of your order details and download link may also be sent to your registered email address within a few minutes of successful transaction completion.
Delivery Failure or Issues
If you experience any delay, network interruption, or technical issue where the download links do not appear on your screen after a successful payment, please contact our support team immediately. We will verify your transaction and manually email the files to you within **24 hours**.
